Hypnosis is a deep relaxed focused state of attention. We all go in and out of hypnosis many times a day naturally.  This is when the sub-conscious is open to suggestions of change which you have talked to me about.  People often say they feel like they are deeply relaxed but can hear me,  I use words, metaphors  which the sub-conscious resonates with and the amazing change work happens from then on.  After the session you will quickly come out of the relaxed state and feel energised and often feel different about things right away, that deepens over the next few days.  I'd love to tell you more when we connect.

Moving from Problem to Solution

Solution Focused Therapy is the talking part of the session when I find out about you, your goals for change and really focus on what life is going to be like after you've made changes.  I don't need lots of history and details as looking forwards is key here.  I'll use this information in the change work with hypnosis or EFT.

Tapping together makes changes

Tapping, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique is often known as acupuncture without needles as it works on the bodies meridian points.  This gentle yet powerful technique involves us both Tapping together while talking about your concern which releases the energy and associated memory and beliefs held in our sub-conscious.  I'll also be showing how to use this anywhere to reduce stress, emotions and physical ailments.  EFT Tapping can be used on anything emotional, physical pain, habits, fears  with amazing results.

Wellness Workshop

A 90 minute interactive journey to release the stress of the week and slip into the weekend with ease and a revived sense of energy and optimism.

I use and demonstrate some tools to help you release stress, gain clarity, calm, renewed energy.  We will use visualisations, EFT Tapping, some breathwork, journaling and practical, fun benefits.
